It's a fantastic concept that allows you to write a story or article of your choosing and have it published on Top Blog Mag. Any one can submit and the rules are basically that you have to put up a link on your blog linking Top Blog Mag, your article has to be exclusively written for Top Blog Mag (not also posted on your blog or any other blog), the material has to be original, and presented in an organized manner with a grasp of the English language.
