I have been a fan of this blog for a long time. I enjoy reading the posts written by Blogger Lani, who is never afraid to laugh at herself and family. She is honest and entertaining. I invite you to take a look at these selections.I think one of the first posts I read was this Laugh Out Loud Monday which DID make me laugh as Lani showed what Halloween costume she bought for her baby.
Lani is a loving wife as you'll find out when you read the second part of Family Pains. You'll laugh when you read the "salad" part of this Friday's Feast post she did about one of their Valentine's Day together and the gifts they gave each other.
Lani is a meticulous housekeeper and very concerned with always looking her best. She loves to talk to anyone as you'll see when you read Someone Just Shut Me Up.
Of course life isn't always funny, and Lani has posted bravely and honestly about the birth and aftermath of her stillborn son.

Like Claire, I can't leave a comment for some reason - my Internet Security blocked the whole thing and it has NEVER done that with HaloScan before. It said something about an "intruder alert" or some such foolishness!
At any rate, I sent Lani an email to congratulate her and tell her what a great blog she has. Excellent choice yet again, Skittles!

Now, I came here to praise The Wooden Porch! I have been to her site before and liked it very much and find her writing style totally catching! Skittles did a heckuva job, as usual, with her review. I'm hoping a lot more readers will head to "The Wooden Porch."
