Strength is in its unique contribution: This blog founded the first ever Multifaith Hall of Fame This Hall has received 14 comments from visitors.

Weakness: The blog on the whole is too general. Hence, lacks focus and depth.

Details of my blog: RudyCarrera.com

Content: A collection of random musings on music, politics (from a center-right conservative perspective, art, philosophy, cheeky videos and a personal anecdote or two.

The site was initially a way for me to archive links of things I really had interest in, and when I had the opportunity to turn it into a blog, I jumped at the chance.

Weakness: I have too many interests, and it looks like I try to be all things to all people. I'm not, but it can come off the wrong way with all this info hitting you!

I can't say how many readers I have for sure, but I'll start keeping statistics soon enough.

The English Assassin: http://theenglishassassin.wordpress.com/

About the blog: The English Assassin is a one-man blog-zine featuring in-depth reviews, a couple of interviews and occasional rants about music, novels, films, podcasts, audio books and animations, with a particular focus on genre-related artists/work in niche areas that are not always given the exposure they deserve.

My main interests are in contemporary fiction, speculative fiction, Asian and 70s cinema, jazz and experimental music, but if it is good or different then I will include it.

Strengths: I try and cover subjects in some depth as there are many sources of brief reviews online already. There is an eclectic selection of subjects, so – as long as you are after something a bit different - there should be something there for everybody. Also I think my blog has a clear and helpful layout and I endeavour to reply to all comments.

Weaknesses: Being a one-man blog means that there is not as much content as I would like (I try to go for quality not quantity). I guess I generally concentrate on covering more obscure stuff, so some of it might not be of interest to everybody. Some of my reviews are a little wordy and some people do not enjoy reading large chucks of text online. Oh yeah, and there are a few typos!
